"I've had a "subscription" from them for about a year, with no problems. I only have the two disk a month deal. I think it's a great way to rent 3D movies I don't want to buy."
"Pretty simple...I joined and rented something on 7/22/16. They immediately charged my CC, but sent me an email that it was on a short wait but said it would ship within 10 days, and guaranteed it within 20 days. It's 8/16 now, and I've not received any communication or DVD from them. I'm filing it with my CC as a fraudulent company.
UPDATE: They contacted me, claimed the disc shipped yesterday (though I never received an email with that shipping info as the original email said I would) and refunded my money. The refund hasn't cleared my CC yet, but at least they responded. Maybe just a bad day for them."
"I have found 3D-Bluray a wonderful source for hard to get 2D and particularly 3D movies. They provide excellent email communication about orders and any questions. When one of my return discs did not clear in 5 days, I asked them to check on it. Their prompt answer was to remove it from list and promised to check for it -- I was not to worry about it. On three occasions I made suggestions of movie disc purchases--all three times they replied they would acquire the movies for the club. Their response was within 24 hours and the movies were added for rent within days (two were from the UK.) I was very pleased. In all I have rented app. 120 movies over a few months time. I have been very pleased with their service. Whenever I had a problem (broken disc, wrong movie version once) it has been taken care of promptly and politely. Of course I tried to be courteous in my emails to them. If I really wanted to find fault it would be the slow mail time from California to me in the Midwest---but I knew that going in. But, they compensate by mailing your next movie at your request while your return movie is in transit. Worked for me."
"I am not sure why the other reviewers are whining. Shipping dates are always based on availability and taking turns from any disc rental company. I have rented over 70 discs over time from this company. There have been no "lost" discs I returned, in fact there have been no incidents of any kind. I recommend this company for 3d or hard to find discs. "
"This is the worst company I've ever rented from. When my order didn't arrive after 5 days I contacted them. I received the most rude, low quality customer service I have EVER received. I demanded a refund from them and they said they wouldn't rent to me anymore if they gave me refund.
After about a week they sent me some letter from their law firm saying I wasn't allowed to rent from them anymore and that any attempt to retaliate by leaving bad reviews would result in a lawsuit... Let them sue!

You send the disc back in the mail when you are finished, and they claim that they never received it back. Then they try to charge you for the disc (meanwhile they are renting it out again).
They operate out of a PO Box, so you have no idea where to find them. They have no phone number, so you cannot speak to them directly.
I think this is just one guy renting blu-rays out of his house. There is no professionalism."
