Accept Pre-orders but Never Ship

"DO NOT ORDER from the these people. They accept pre-orders and then never ship. I pre-ordered a device on November 28th with expected shipping to start on 12 Dec. Today is 2 Feb and they still do not have the item in stock. However, there are dozens of other online sellers who do have the new device and are shipping immediately. For the past month, I've been trying to get a refund and they are using the excuse that Paypal suspended their account so they can not give me refund. Their resolution was to offer me an $8 credit for any other products they have in stock. I do not want a credit voucher, I want the device I ordered or a refund. I have resorted to filing a claim with Paypal and am pending resolution."

3FVAPE sells clone goon 25 mm in the name of authentic

"Unfortunately I have to inform you about my bad experienc with 3FVAPE..

I've decided to buy authentic custome vape 528 goon 25 mm RDA from 3FVAPE and I bought 4 RDA from them...Beside of pigments and scratches I have realized that 3FVAPE sells clone or style goon 25 mm RDA in the name of authentic...3FVAPE takes money of authentic and give you dirty clone goon 25 mm RDA's...
I have saved all evidence about this experience even send email to custom vape 528 and they confirmed that 3FAVPE sells clone and Custome VAPE 528 never worked with 3FVAPE..
Please stay away 3FVAPE to buy goon stuff from them..That leads you to lost your money and 3FVAPE don't refund your money as they didn't refund for me...

I ordered on March 26 replacement coils from this site and here it is May 10 and the item is still sitting in CHINA not shipped after I paid for them. Its ridiculous that they advertise items on their website and NOT telling you that they are shipping from CHINA. TERRIBLE customer service. I got a Hugsvape Lotus RTA that is a clear fake

"The push to refill icon is printed on instead of being engraved. The Lotus logo is slightly crooked and off center from the push icon. The bell, at least from the outside is a slightly different shape. I don't know about the quality of materials, but apart from the previous, it seems acceptable considering the price. I left a review of their website but it seems like they did not approve it because I was honest about the fact that it clearly is not "Authentic" like they claim. Shipping took 2 weeks on the day, plus it was free.
Obviously not a genuine distributor, nonetheless the tank seems alright but the crooked logo does bother the **** and **** out of me now that I have noticed it. It is really your choice to do business with them. Considering with shipping it was half the price if I got it from somewhere else. Definitely not authentic, but I probably wouldn't have even looked into it if the logo was done properly.

PARCEL LOST STORY ... IT'S A BUG !

"Hello everyone,

Hello,
I do not want to be uncomfortable because I think it's a very good site, but

I still have not received the parcel or refund for one payment I done by end of November 2018 ....

After a lot complaints the carrier quickly confirmed the parcel has been lost by them , but they can't change the delivery status on the online tracking ! ...

Strange but that is the case !

I'm not responsable of this ...

I informed permanently this vendor on the situation , open a ticket very asap the issue appear and update it several times , providing documents from the carrier and also traduce them ....
But to date I am still not refunded ...

Ok I'm patient but I've also some limits ! ...

I apologize but now I consider the quality of service is not correct as I provided on 19 December 2018 confirmation done by the carrier that they lost the parcel .

Sorry but I do not recommend you to my relationships, friends and acquaintances ... I'm fed up !

It"s ok I 've just contact Paypal one more time and they decide to refund me !
The main pb for me was that shiper has put delivered on tracking but they lost the parcel ...
I done a lot reclamation to the shiper / carrier
And they finish by send me pdf documents confirming the lost but they can't modify the tracking .... very strange
Ok now all seem ok but take lot lot lot of time and energy

Great products with great prices!

"I've used 3FVape a couple times now and would definitely recommend them. They have lots of products in stock that are very competitively priced. It takes around two weeks (give or take) to receive the orders which is pretty good for shipments traveling from China. If you are planning ahead and want to save some money you should check them out for sure!"

Sendung nie angekommen, Support ist unfassbar, keine Lösung in Sicht

"Im September 2018 habe ich durch einen Kauf an einem Gewinnspiel teilgenommen, und tatsächlich auch gewonnen. Es ging um einen Profile RDA. Nach längerer Zeit merkte ich dass das Paket bereits überfällig ist und längst da sein sollte, also wendete ich mich an den Support und damit begann das Trauerspiel. Ich versuche es kurz zu halten, auch wenn es echt ein Krampf mit denen ist.

Zuerst wurde ich vertröstet 2 Wochen länger zu warten, ok, kein Ding. Dann war nichts da, also fragte ich nach, eine Investigation wurde von der Support-Seite gestartet (Investigation bedeutet da scheinbar 2 Topflappen aneinander reiben). Nun habe ich wöchentlich gefragt nach Ergebnissen der Paketsuche, da sich von selbst niemand meldete. Schließlich wurde ich gebeten, eine Post-Nachforschung zu starten, was ich auch tat. Die Ergebnisse (keine Sendung gefunden) kamen viele Wochen später.
In der Zwischenzeit, wir sind jetzt im Anfang Dezember, wurde mir von 3fvape, da keine Sendung ankam, versprochen das wenn bis Ende des Monats keine Sendung da ist, man einen Ersatz senden würde. Gute nachrichten? Falsch gedacht. Als das Ende da war (gestern) hatte 3fvape plötzlich die Information, das Paket liege beim Zoll (kann nicht sein, der Zoll benachrichtigt). Das habe ich schließlich auch gesagt und stattdessen wurde mir nun angeboten, eine Neue Investigation zu starten wo ich nochmal 2-3 Monate warten soll.

Fazit; nach 3 Monaten kein Paket da, einzige Lösung für 3fvape: warte nochmal 3 Monate und dabei wird der Kunde so oft belogen und ausgetrickst wie möglich.

Fazit für Käufer von 3fvape:
Wenn alles klappt, ist 3fvape sicher gut, auch wenn die Preise hoch sind. Wenn aber mal was nicht stimmt, das Produkt kaputt oder gar nicht erst angekommen, dann habt ihr mehr Probleme mit dem Support als dem Produkt. Ich werde nie wieder bei 3fvape kaufen, es gibt andere die dieselben Produkte zum teil günstigeren Preis aber mit wesentlich besseren Support anbieten.

In September 2018, I participated in a raffle through a purchase and actually won. It was about a profile RDA. After a long time, I realized that the package is already overdue and should have been there for a long time, so I turned to the support and this started the tragedy. I try to keep it short, even if it really is a cramp with them.

At first I was comforted to wait 2 weeks longer, ok, no thing. Then there was nothing, so I asked, an investigation was started from the support page (Investigation apparently means two potholders rubbing against each other). Now I asked weekly for the results of the package search, because no one reported themselves. Finally, I was asked to do a post-lab search, which I did. The results (no broadcast found) came many weeks later.
In the meantime, we are now in the beginning of December, I was promised by 3fvape, since no shipment arrived, that if there is no shipment by the end of the month, you would send a replacement. Good news? Wrong thought. When the end was here (yesterday), 3fvape suddenly had the information that the package was at the customs (can not be notified to the Customs). That's what I finally said and instead I was offered to start a New Investigation where I should wait another 2-3 months.

Conclusion; after 3 months no package there, only solution for 3fvape: wait another 3 months and thereby the customer is lied to as often and tricked as possible.

Conclusion for buyers of 3fvape:
If all goes well, 3fvape is certainly good, even if the prices are high. But if something is wrong, the product broke or not even arrived, then you have more problems with the support than the product. I will never buy again at 3fvape, there are others offering the same products at a lower price but with much better support.
