"Ordered an iPod Touch with a $697 rebate. After waiting a few months for the rebate I contacted the company several times and was told it's being processed and to be patient. Eventually their number was disconnected and the web site deleted. After two tries I was able to get my credit card company to give me a refund because the rebate was from the merchant and not the manufacturer."

"This company is a scam. I purchased three laptops from them, the mail in rebates equal a whopping $2300.00. The phone number is disconnected, they no longer accept email, I will be going through both the better business bureau and possible legal action. I am also going to see what my credit card company will do for me. They were very nice when they were taking my money. They are not so nice now. I haven't seen my rebate after the stated time and they have not returned my calls or e-mails. I'd recommend staying clear of this company, but they haven't heard the last of me! They owe me $195 and I have copies of everything including delivery confirmation of the rebates!"

Their phone number has now been disconnected.

however, I ahve found ouyt that this company is actuall part of a lrger company called "3G". 3G has numerous other computer accessory companies, presumably so it will be easier for them to simply go out of business and not make good on the many rebate offers they have outstanding.

I'd advise anyone to avoid doing business with any of the 3G companies, whihte include 3gPlaza, 3gComputer and ViewMicro.com. I will post separate messages on those forums to warn others.
While I doubt I'll ever see my $100, it is no my mission to make sure as many people as possible know about these thieves.

"Horrible company! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. They have crappy return policy's and you can not even understand the operators from customer support. I bought a motherboard from them and it had a bad ram slot. I had sitting in my apartment for 15 days before I had a chance to install it to see if it even worked. They would not even let me return it. They are a horrible company with no real support. They also lied to me alot. again do not shop here. go to Fry's or Newegg.com. They have better prices and customer support."
