"The order process went reasonably smoothly (there was a a brief glitch using PayPal) but when I received my Wilson Sleek it didn't provide any significant boost to my phone. I had to call Wilson tech support who had me run some tests and report the data. They felt it might well be a defective unit so they had me send it back to them (at my cost) for analysis and then repair or replacement which will probably have me without the unit for a couple weeks while I am in a fringe reception area. Can't be too happy after that."
