"We placed an initial order for a booster system for our cell phone. Once the order arrived, we realized we needed accessories in order for the booster to work. (It would have been nice to be advised of this during the initial order.) So, we placed an order for the accessories, and two weeks later, when we did not yet receive them we called only to be told that there was no record of us having placed the accessory order. We then reordered the accessories, and received the email estimating that our order would be received in about three days. Well, it's been another week with no order received. "Exceptionally helpful when I called to talk to someone about ways to improve my Verizon 4G LTE signal in a remote part of New Mexico surrounded by mountainous / forested terrain.

Purchased the Wilson directional antenna and spent only a few minutes aiming it roughly where I thought one cell site was located (can't see it since mountains are between here and there). Went from 1 to 2 bars (usually 1) to 3 solid bars. I'll spend more time this weekend zeroing it in, and will also point it in other directions to see if other cell sites might be available.

Download speed went from 2-6Mbps to 15Mbps. Upload speed improved only slightly to just under 1Mbps. I don't think Verizon has done a full LTE buildout in this area, so conditions will probably improve over time."
