"I bought a Digital Optics .50X wide angle lens for my Sony DCR-TRV27. The lens was mailed out and received very promptly. However, I received the wrong step up ring (it came with a 37/46 where I needed a 30/46). I thought I could just one locally and go on but never found one (I now understand that is an odd size step up ring). I made one call back to 47th and a courteous man said he would mail one out that day (which he did) and kindly asked me to return the other step up ring when it was OK with me.
These people rock and I will absolutely do business with them again! Even if the product may cost a little more (which it didn't in this case)"
