"I have loved and used this company for 10 years but in the last year and a half all three of my envelope orders have been problematic. My two previous took over 2 and 1/2 weeks to receive and I had to call them to check on the order before they were prompted to send them. I am sure they are outsourcing them so that is the issue. I gave them one more chance since they already had my files ready and this time they shipped in 48 hours. Yay! I was so excited! But then I received them. They were someone else's envelopes still waiting on my order to be done correctly."

"First time ordering in over a year. Let me just say I’m glad I didn’t place a large order. Of my 150 post cards, 30 arrived with quality issue where the black paint is smudged red/ brown…. kinda like if you were to get bleach on a black piece of clothing. The whole ordering process is supper easy and I love the fast turnaround. I made my design in GIMP, using the provided guideline. I love being able to upload the doc as JPEG and without the guideline being attached but this wasn’t their best work. "

"This is the 2nd time that I've ordered a banner from your company for our church. We were very happy with the 1st order and decided to order from you again. Absolutely the best decision. There was a minor issue, on my part, with navigating the use your own image button, yet the customer service representative was very helpful and received an email to look over my proof before ordering. The proof needed a little something extra and once again customer service and your art designers were able to help me with that. The order arrived 5 days earlier than previously expected and we are very happy again with the way this banner turned out. It will be used when we set up booths for fall festivals, trunk or treat and participating in our local Christmas parade. "We ordered two 80" floor banners for an upcoming event and the turnaround time was impressive. The quality of the product with the included carrying case certainly met our expectations, especially at that price point. If I had the option to give a 4.5 star I would have due to the design tool limitations within the order program. I found it difficult as I needed to estimate my graphics alignment and ended up inserting a vertical line for alignment and inserting, then deleting shapes to use as spacing measurements. This portion of the "design" tool could certainly be improved. And the shapes offered were circle, rectangle and line. That's it.

That said, I will use this service again in the future.

"The good news is my order shipped quickly, which is what I paid for. But I found the upfront costs (over $110 for a few sheets of stickers) to be quite high, and the quality of the stickers to be low (thin paper, dull printing, etc.). I also wasn't impressed with the amount of margin around the logo that couldn't be printed. Lastly, the package arrived soaked in oil which likely leaked from another package in the Fedex truck before it got to my house. All in all, a useless purchase and will likely throw away and try again with someone else."

"Shipping cost was high and not transparent, I didn't realize how much more expensive the order would be until after I spent hours designing my pamphlet. The design options were sufficient but not great. Shipping was very fast, and the finished product is good although the colors aren't great."

"Disaster! Ordered 10.000 postcards for printing. Answered the questions for my order about the mailing. Uploaded my mailing file and made my payment. Right after they send me an email asking if i want mailing. I said "what?", i made it clear in my order, you even send me an invoice like "printing postcards with mailing service"...?
The day after they completely changed (!) my invoice and add around $3500 extra for the service. I called them, the lady on the phone said " oh we did not add the mailing price because it has an estimated price" . Totally nonsense. I canceled my order. Do not order from this Company!"
