"I ordered via their website to have flowers delivered for Mothers Day. They called and said they couldn't deliver as ordered without an additional deliver charge. They were quite rude and basically accused me of hacking their website rather than acknowledge a problem on their end.

I will never use them again and suggest you don't give them your business unless you want to risk the same treatment."
