"Had a large selection of The Republic of Tea products. Prices were true to what you could find elsewhere and the shipping price wasn't too bad; however the delivery system used took too long. I believe that sending the package by snailmail would have been more efficient, as it took 10 days to receive my order. Maybe by using this current system saved cash. In either case, I will continue ordering. I'll just allow more time before running out to order more. "

" I am a devoted fan of Stevia by Stevita and have used Vitacost exclusively in the past to obtain this product due to their low prices. Their price for Stevia spoonble is $11.80 per 16-oz. The total cost for 8 containers, plus $4.99 shipping and handling is $99.39. I always received my shipment in a timely manner, until this past month.

I placed an order with them around mid-April and after 2 weeks of checking the website regarding the status of my order, I called them and was told that my order would ship the next day. Two days later, I checked the website again and noticed that my order had not shipped. I called one more time and they told me that their supply of Stevita Stevia was temporarily out of stock and they would not receive a shipment until the end of May. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper and told them that the least they could have done was to be honest with me and notify me of the delay. Of course, I cancelled my order and started my desperate search for another source.

After an exhaustive search, I came across 4AllVitamins. This was my first order with them and all though they charge $13.09 for the same 16-oz. container, shipping and handling is free on all orders over $99. The bottom line is that compared to Vitacost, I paid only $5.33 more and the most important part is that I would NOT have to wait until the end of May to receive my order.

After receiving several emails regarding the status of my order, I noticed that they also were waiting for their shipment of the product to be delivered. I immediately sent an email to them regarding when they were expecting to receive their shipment and was totally impressed with their quick response to this question. I was assured that they would receive their shipment in 1-2 days and my order would be shipped right away.

The conclusion to this matter is that I received my order as promised and I am completely satisfied with the excellent service 4AllVitams provided. Thanks a bunch. ļ

It did take a full month to receive my order 4/20 to 5/21, I do have to say that I received emails when the order was processed, and shipped so I never felt uninformed. If you are in a hurry or expect usual shipping speed, do not order here. Perhaps the cheap price reflects slow shipping speed. Over all I am happy with the transaction."
