" I have nothing but good things to say about my order. I ordered a Mitsubishi 52628 from 4cost and it arrived before any local stores even had it in stock. I paid less than I could have dreamed and am completely happy. I would use them again without hesitation."

"I placed an order for a PhonexGold ISM6 Speaker Selector. The price was listed at $40.69. I received an invoice for $40.69. The next day I recieved an email stating that the price had changed. The ISM6 was now $52.31. I called to dispute the change, and the customer service rep told me I had to call back on Monday. I called back on Monday, and the response was "There's a disclaimer on our website stating prices are subject to change." Nonsense. This is not good customer service. I cancelled the order.
Bait and Switch is illegal. Don't stand for it.

"Wow, they did it again. I just completed my third purchase of GE appliances from 4Cost over the past 4 years. I have bought things from many online merchants, many I'd recommend - but none have pleased me as much as 4Cost. ALWAYS the lowest prices, and yet the best service! Family run, they aren't "rushed" when you call them. Easy to reach by phone and totally responsive. If you are buying GE appliances (or any mfgr I presume), you can't get better price and service than from 4cost. "

"Ordred GE microwace 11/17/04. Out of stock and finally in stock early December and shipped 12/7/04. Slow, but at least had communication that they were ordering to fulfill order. Shipped FedEx ground but poorly wrapped and arrived damage. Microwave in original box wrapped in bubble wrap and placed inside outside box. But, that failed to protect as metal outside of microwave damaged (big dent and scratches)and now will not install aligned. Since it was a present, didn't open to check for damage within 72 hours of arriving, so 4cost.com says tough luck. Try GE to repair which is impossible since damage was from shipping. No interest in looking at box or care that damage clearly was the fault of shoddy packaging. So, bottom line, be wary of pruchasing large items from them as packaging is poor and definitely check within 72 hours of arrival as otherwise they do not care. This is why Lowe's and Home Depot will not need to worry about Internet sellers."
