"Ordered 05/21, received a confirmation. That is it. The product was never shipped, no one contacted me and the company refuses to answer their phones or e-mails. You can call and a system picks up, but you will be on hold for hours and never get a human on the line. I believe this used to be a business, but somewhere along the lines has gone defunct and the website was never removed."
"When the coronavirus madness hit, I was late to the game on buying cleaning supplies. This was the beginning of March 2020. 4MD Medical popped up on a Google search saying they had simple 70% rubbing alcohol. So, I ordered some, with the website stating it should be shipped out in a couple days. After 5 business days, I called the company, but I was on hold over an hour and hung up. I emailed the company, and they did respond quickly, telling me that my item would not ship for two weeks. Luckily, I was able to find some disinfecting products elsewhere, and I emailed the company back to cancel. I did get an very quick email reply that my order was cancelled and refund would be issued. Unfortunately, for another week, my order on my 4MD Medical account still showed as "processing." I finally filed a complaint with PayPal, and I got another email from customer service saying that my order was cancelled and refund would be issued. My 4 MD Medical account now shows the order as cancelled, but I have never received a refund. I had to go further with my PayPal complaint and start an "investigation" into whether I can get a refund. We are now in April 2020, and I do not have a refund for a measly $35 for an item that was never truly in-stock. I understand that these companies are very busy right now with the pandemic, but hitting a PayPal refund button should take a few seconds, not weeks."
"After following up my order which was not delivered over a month with customer service, the order was canceled by 4MD with a reason of no ETA. I ordered when items were in stock. This company is not professional and not reliable. Poor customer service is also the reason that I will not recommend this company, nobody follow up my order if I don't ask.

"I ordered catheters for my son from 4MD based on their price and the fact that their website stated that they were in stock. I had also ordered from them once before and received the catheters with no issue. The catheters are vital to my sons health and I can not get the size and type I need locally, so I am very dependent on having a supply. I ordered the catheters on Dec. 17th. I was a little worried that I did not get a confirmation email from them, as I had on my previous order, but I went on their website under my account and saw that the order was there. I began to become slightly worried about my order when I saw the order was still in "processing" status the next week. I am in a different time zone from the company and when I attempted to chat with them, I was told I could leave a chat message and someone would respond. Foolish, trusting me, did so. No one ever contacted me about what was going on with my order.
A few days later, I emailed, but no one ever responded again. In the meantime, I had run out of the appropriate catheters and was forced to buy some that were the wrong size and were causing problems for my son. I then called. I waited on hold for 40 minutes. I was then told by a courteous employee that the catheters were out of stock and that they would be getting a shipment on January 10th. I told her that I knew it was not personally her fault, but the fact that I did not have the catheters was causing major problems for my son and I really would have appreciated a notification that they were not going to ship on time. She told me that they do provide such notifications. I let her know that I had not seen one despite searching through all messages, including spam. January 10th came and went and I did not receive a notification that my order had shipped. I tried the chat feature again to reach the company, since I was at work and could not spend 40 minutes on hold on the phone. Someone answered the chat almost right away. I asked for my order status and was told that they were expecting a shipment from the manufacturer on Feb. 24. I told the employee that I knew it was not personally her fault, but that I felt that 4MD's approach had been unacceptable. There had been no attempt to contact me regarding the delays. She attempted to blame the manufacturer, but I pointed out that the issue I had was not with the manufacturer but the fact that 4MD knew that the catheters were delayed but had never bothered to contact me. I asked who I could speak to regarding my concerns. She did not respond for a long time. When I asked if she was still in the chat, she responded with the company's generic customer service address. I told her that I did not want to send an email to that address, since the last time I had done so, it had been ignored. I asked for the phone number of a manager or supervisor. She refused to provide one. I requested again and was refused again. I then told her that if 4MD would not talk to me, I would talk to them through the Better Business Bureau (where 4MD has a D+ rating) and would be sharing my experience on multiple review sites. I am now doing so. I understand that a manufacturers can have delays and do not blame 4MD for that. I do blame them for not notifying me, for not having an order status other than "processing" on their website, for not responding to my original requests for order status and most of all for not providing a number for an someone that I could elevate a complaint to. Selling medical supplies is not like selling shoes or candy online. People's health and in some cases their lives depend on their medical equipment. If you can not deliver it on time you have an obligation to reach out to that customer. BTW, I also wanted to note that the catheters I ordered are still showing as "in stock" on the site, which will result in future unhappy customers, just like me. "
"We bought an item online worth over $630 and the entire process was successful from start till end coupled with successful funds deduction through shared Credit Card. Later, after a couple of weeks once they were approached to seek the status of delivery it was informed that order stands canceled that was only when you approached. Later, it was repurchased and after over THREE months we did not receive the item while online tracking against FedEx AWB it reflects to be received but signed off by someone we could not identify. The matter was taken up with the supplier who could only be reached over voice call after total failure to earn a response through e-mail. Customer Services lady assured to probe and resolve the issue that after one week was denied in total with total disregard of BUSINESS NORMS and ETHICS. Presently, all concerned are disregarding the calls and e-mails with mere statement that we can not help."

Mysteriously 15 days ago they canceled the order without notifying me. They don't return my money until I claim it.

"17 days after ordering a custom wheelchair, I found out that 4MD couldn't order from the manufacturer because they hadn't paid their previous bills and were on credit hold. 4md did not inform me. Instead, they told me that it would be 3 more weeks because the manufacturer had production problems. Lying and not paying bills is a bad combination. Good thing that I called the manufacturer ."
"Online Ordered on Tuesday July 31. Called on Friday August 3 to check status. Told me what I ordered no longer is made. Said they would substitute a different product. They never contacted me about this. They Created a shipping label on Friday, but it is Tuesday, August 7 and according to the tracking number, it still hasn’t left their shipping facility. Poor service."
"There was a problem with one of the products I ordered. I was promptly sent a prepaid return voucher and a replacement was received BEFORE I returned the defective product. That’s great customer service."
