"Ordered a set of expensive wheels at a great price. Got a notice a few days later saying they dont have them. Found another great deal on the site and bought them . I get a message saying they dont have them either and to pick 4 different ones and they will see what they have . Wasting my time "
"This is a garbage company ran by garbage people. Ordered set of wheels and tires from them. Tires came unbalanced and since they were oversized tires had to go out of the way to rent a truck to bring them to get balanced. Once I put them on the TPMS sensors weren’t working. Brought it to 4 different places to program them, they all said no TPMS sensors were reading. JP who was the sales rep was a ghost at this point. I will never order or recommend ordering from this company."
"Terrible customer service. It took months to get a refund on 2 small wheels returned within days of purchase. I ended up calling Walmart to resolve the refund issues. I was having. All in all, it took 4 months and many emails to get $130 back from 4WheelOnline.com. Never do business with these people. There are many better choices out there."

"They are extremely slow to refund your money. I ordered a wheel on 11/23, and someone called me on 11/24 to tell me that the wheel was out of stock at the manufacturer, so the order would be canceled. It is now 12/9 and I still haven't received a refund, so I emailed them. The response was that the upon verification that the order was canceled, the refund would be processed, but would take 3-4 days to be processed through my card. It sounds like someone on their end screwed up, never canceled the order, and now it will take 3 weeks to get a refund."

"I bought 4 KMC KM708 Bully wheels from their eBay store. They seriously need to fire the person in charge of the store. I paid on March 9th and the estimated delivery date was March 26th. Seemed like a long time to wait, but for the price I was willing to do so. March 26th came and went and I received no notice of shippment. I contacted the company a couple times via messages through eBay. I waited a few days between messages to give them a fair amount of time to respond. They never answered. So I decided to email their customer support via the website. They respond the next day and told me they don't deal with the eBay store and gave me a number to call. I call the number and the guy tells me their eBay person is out for the day. They said they would have them contact me when they come in the next morning. The next day I received no email or phone call. What a joke this company is! I did get a refund, after I emailed them threatening to contact the Better Business Bureau. I didn't want a refund, I wanted those wheels that waisted 3 weeks of my time for."

The next day 2.13.19 I got a call from 4wheelonline stating the wheels are no longer available. I asked for a refund that day. "Ordered 4 new kumho ct 51 tires online thru Amazon size 245 60r 18. Delivered 3 correctly; 1 of the 4 was a Pirelli Scorpion 19 ".! How does that happen? Nobody looks at the order and checks and puts the right tires in a packed lot? And then you call them for help and they tell you to call amazon and won't do anything over the phone to help.."
"I ordered red lug nuts on Amazon. They shipped blue. I contacted the seller to replace them with the correct item. They said they would mot ship the item that I paid for until I returned the wrong item. After going thru Amazon for a return authorization and shipping label, they sent me a label without prepaid postage. These scammers want me to pay to ship their mistake back to them. My invoice clearly states that I had ordered red. They also stated that they will issue my refund once the item is received. Why do they **** so bad? Stay away. What poor customer service. "
"I purchased tires from them on Amazon for a great price. I received an item shipped notification with no tracking information. I emailed and asked for tracking an received reply stating request had been forwarded to their warehouse. I never received tracking info. A few days later I received another email stating my order had been refunded at customer request. I contacted amazon and they sent emails to 4wheel online asking for explanation and I also sent numerous emails asking for explanation which the seller never replied to. The tires were posted on Amazon again for a 60% increase in price. Shameful. At least I did get my money back but will never shop with them again."
"I bought a set of brake pads on Amazon marketplace from them--at a very low price mind you. They marked it shipped immediately. Over a week later and no brake pads, but I get a notification that they refunded me the money and the reason was CUSTOMER RETURN!?!? I never received the pads in the first place! I looked at the brake pads again and the company increased their price by 70%. They apparently just wanted to the appearance of business and made up a false excuse to refund the money. Fraudulent company. Avoid at all costs"
"First they told me the wrong lugs to buy costing me an additional $215 that I was not expecting then when the rims arrived the center caps were all different. I notified them of this on Friday July 13 and was told they will get them new ones sent. I am under a time crunch to get this transaction complete then on Tuesday I was informed that they didn't send the caps because they didn't know what to send. I told them I needed them quickly and let them know I needed them before Friday. Just got tracking after having to call them to be told they will arrive Friday! They have not shown any care or support for me as the customer. I would recommend never doing business with them because IF they can manage to get this cap thing fixed this will be the first and LAST time I will ever to business with 4Wheel Online!! "
