"I was very excited when I saw this website since they had great prices. I ordered my costume on a Monday, with the impression (from the website) that I would recieve it 3-6 business days later, which, latest, would have been the following Monday. On Friday, I still had no recieved confirmation that my costume had been sent, yet, the money had hit my account. I wrote two emails during the week, not recieving a response until Sunday. The responder, or owner (I'm assuming), apologized for the delay. I explained that I needed my costume by Tuesday (which would have to be overnighted), explaining that I didn't feel I should be charged any extra for that since I should have recieved the order on Monday (latest). They replied that they would not overnight it. They have horrible customer service, and I would never consider ordering from them again. "
