"We made several orders this year and I have had to get refunded because they claim on their website they have the parts in stock, even after i called to verify they are in stock, a week goes by before they process your order then I have to wait 2 weeks for a refund, also they have no customer service contact information or any business information posted on there website, We would never do business again with this company they are sloppy"

"My only complaint about 4-Tec is that their online ordering system isn't tied to any kind of inventory. I ordered a seat cover, for my Waverunner, from them and it turned out to be out of stock. I sent in the order after hours and, early the next afternoon, found out it was out of stock. I expressed concern because I needed the seat cover prior to my family coming to visit (old one was broken). The sales support person replied within minutes of each e-mail I sent (3 or 4) and, because of my timing needs, gave me a complimentary air freight upgrade. While disappointed that the item wasn't in stock, their pricing was the best I found and responsiveness to customer issues is fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again."
