"While online ordering was easy, it is frustrating that when you add an item to my cart, the menu choices at the top, mainly my wish list, disappear, forcing be to hit the back button and then select the wish list. While this may seem nitpicky, understand that if I have built an extensive wish list of parts I want to buy, I now must take four additional steps to get back to my wish list to continue adding things to my cart. After about three parts, I don’t want to continue.

Also, as you know, owning a Jeep is like feeding a feral cat, somehow you end up with more than one after a short time. That said, is there a way to keep the profile of more than one vehicle in my account? Each time I have been looking for parts for my Cherokee or Wrangler, I must enter the information again.

I placed 2 items in my cart yesterday while at work, and went to push them through today. I was shocked when the price changed in the confirmation screen (not even the cart) resulting in a price difference of $100. (10% increase). I had accepted paying $50 more than another site because I trusted that I would get the part before a specific date which I had wanted to do the work. $150 was not worth it, but because I promised my original parts to a friend going through a tough time, and wants to keep his rig on the road. I would consider letting the customer know by either updating the pricing in the cart, or providing a notification before the enter all of their information."
