"I ordered a 4 pack of Swepco 715 which states it was in stock, if you click on the question mark next to the "in stock ships today" it says it's in stock at the manufactures warehouse. Fine, whatever, I'll just expect it to ship a day or 2 later instead of the same or next day if it was really in stock at their warehouse which they try to deceive you by that stupid "in stock".
I get a email stating there is a UPS tracking number, for 2 days it just says UPS has not received the package yet
I got the order a week later, open the box and got 1 bottle of the 4 I was supposed to receive. I called customer service to see if the items were on back order and shipping later. I was on hold for an hour, I tried using their chat on their website and it's a bot that never gets you a person to talk to, it just tells you to call customer service.
I tried calling their sales and of course they pick up the phone in 3 rings, the person there told me he would send a email to the customer service manager to call me. That never happened
I called first thing the next day and I was put in the queue/ hold right away and i was on hold for an hour before the I get "there was a problem processing your call, please try again later" and the line disconnects. I called again and again on hold for an hour and disconnected.
I called the corporate office and again on hold
I emailed, never got a response
I called my bank and got a full refund. They still haven't called to make things right or dispute the refund
I bought from them before a few times back in 2019 with no problems, not sure what has changed since then.
I will never use them again and will tell everyone that I come across to not use them because if they screw up your order you will never be able to contact them to get it corrected"
