"Purchased my Lift from 4wp online and was disappointed in the overall experience and issues with the product itself. After working with the online support, they had me manually break the lift in order to get a refund... Ended up going directly to the manufacturer to explain the situation. Fortunately they acknowledged the error on their behalf, built a new lift and had it sent to 4WP Weatherford for the installation.
After showing up at the store and speaking with the manager, I quickly realized this is where I should have started in the beginning. Without hesitation, they expedited my installation, apologized for the issues, and actually made me feel like a valued customer. So much so, that I returned and worked with Kyle Jones who helped me get my Wheels and Tires also installed and purchased from 4WP. The tech who performed my installation was detailed oriented and ensured that the fitment was perfect.
Thanks again to this team for winning back a customer since I was ready to throw in the towel. You guys rock!"

"First, Micah is fantastic. Works, honestly he does, to get the best deal he can get for you. He’s spent days working angles for me on multiple part orders. THEN he will work magic with install labor times. Fair to the shop team, but cut thinly in the customer’s favor. Now let’s talk ship team. Fan-freaking-tastic team! The results are peerless. And if there’s something even a little off, they take it personally and will not stop u til it’s just right. The shop lead spent his own cash to order a part off of Ama**n unbeknownst to me, just because he thought it would make the job cleaner. And I am here to tell you it looks better than factory clean, only FAR superior of course! I am a loyal shopper. If I’m treated well, I will go there for everything. Unfortunately, that is becoming pretty rare. 4WP El Cajon is an outstanding exception and I will go there for all of it. "

"I placed my order on 3/23/23 which was supposed to be same day shipping. I started calling on 3/27 trying to find out where my order was because I had never received notice of item shipping. For days I got nothing but the run around and no one would tell me anything. Finally on 3/29 I told the sales associate I was speaking to to cancel the order due to it being such a headache to get answers. Simon was supposed to be my sales rep and from my experience he is horrible at his job. I will be placing no further orders through 4 Wheel Parts."
