Wrong spare sent. Poor customer services.

"Very disappointing post-sale customer services.

I ordered a spare for my Dyson DC44 from the website. Unfortunately the wrong part was shipped and after several e-mails dealing with the customer services, they kept insisting that it is my fault for ordering the wrong part in the first place and refuse to exchange the items."
