Originally I saw this company on eBay and did some research and found their website. Prices on their site was lower than eBay. They had a good selection of G-Shock and Baby-G watches which was what I was looking for. I bought a pair of watches for me and the wife, Chose the free shipping and got my package in about 3 days. Every thing looked good, new and genuine so all together I am pleased with this purchase. I do not know about their customer service because I never had to contact them.
