"Emailed customer service as per their website instructions only to be emailed back 2 days later with a phone # to call.
Purchased speaker system...transmitter will not work with adapter only batteries. Instead of offering to replace transmitter, I was told that I needed to purchase a new one for $60.00.
Was told to call manufacturer, the number they gave me was bogus.
Do not buy from them unless you have a crystal ball telling you that you won't have any problems.
So I guess that I'm stuck using batteries "

"Who knows if they work at all? I have tried phoning their customer service which is a voice recording and they never return calls; I have emailed several times and had no response. Their directions are faulty and appear as if they were written by a foreign teenager; the manual has almost no directions at all and no schematics to allow installation with other media like dvr, vcr. Speakers might be fine if I can hire a tech to figure out how to install, because no help will come from these bozos. All the reviews on their own site are positive and probably self-generated. Unless you're a genius with installation or have only a tv and thereby can install easily, don't bother. I will never recommend these guys because of their hideous customer service and will make it my job to let the world know not to do business with them!!!!"
