Be aware of the Return Policy before you buy

"This companies return policy is a real nightmare! 4houselighting works as a distributor for several different lighting companies, so if you need to return an item, it may take weeks to get a return authorization number. Their policy is 7-14 business days, and you could wait up to three weeks before returning the item and longer to get your money back. And, if you thought shipping was free as advertise in their web site? Wrong, on return items, shipping and handling costs are deducted from your credit, plus you must pay the return shipping costs. So whats the point of returning an item with a return policy that eats up the majority of your purchase amount? None. You may as well keep the items and sell them on ebay or craigslist. I suggested that option with customer service, and they thought that was a pretty good idea. So don't get taken like I did, this isn't Amazon, read the fine print before you buy. "
