"On April 16, 2024, I ordered $78.00 worth of inkjet cartridges that they never sent. It is now May 5, 2024. I called customer service twice, was put on hold for 20 mins. until the phone went dead on their end, never able to talk with someone. I also sent three email messages to customer service about why my order was never fulfilled and never got a response from any of them. BUT of course, they charged my credit card for the full amount. This is fraud plain and simple. I have since had my credit card company cancel the charge and I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!"
"REFUND NOT RECEIVED for canceled order from 2 MONTHS AGO! They have all but NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE...HORRID!
Here is a run down of all that I have done to try to get my refund that they are stealing from me.
6 emails now and 1 phone call (literally no one ever answers the phone) in the past 2 months and I still do NOT have my refund. I have sent numerous emails to them kindly asking for my refund of $68.75 for canceled order for LD Compatible CB436A / 36A Black Toner for HP
I'm done with being kind so NOW, I am posting bad reviews on any and all sites including but not limited to Yelp, Google, and the Better Business Bureau until I get my refund.
1st I canceled and requested a refund on SEPT 14th
2nd request for my money back was on SEPT 18th
SEPT 18, they sent an email that it would take 1 to 5 days to verify and process my refund, then they'd send me an email.
NO EMAIL.
3rd request for IMMEDIATE refund of my money was on OCT 2nd.
OCT 4th, they sent me an email saying they would have accounting process my refund that SAME DAY, but I still have not received an email confirming that they are refunding my money, nor have I received a check/refund and it is now October 24th!
4th request for IMMEDIATE REFUND OF MY MONEY was OCT 11th.
5th request for refund was emailed today, cc my attorney.
I ordered these ink jet cartridges on SEPT 6th, MY CHECK CLEARED YOUR BANK SEPT 13th.
THEY HAVE HAD MY MONEY FOR ALMOST TWO MONTHS and still HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY.
They never shipped the products, they've repeatedly acknowledged via email the cancellation of the order and they've repeatedly acknowledged the need to refund my money!"
"Incapable of owning up to mistakes and makes the customer pay for it. Ships at cheapest rate and even if a product arrives a month late (their mistake), won't accept the return shipping charges for something no longer needed."
"SHOP ELSEWHERE. I paid extra for expedited delivery on a specific date because I needed the product within a specific timeframe. The package did not arrive within the paid timeframe. Originally they said (in writing) I would be refunded for the expedite fee ("Rest assured that if you will not receive the package on 11/14. We can process a refund and only charge you for our standard delivery shipping fee.") When the package didn't arrive on time, they completely switched positions (stating, for example, "the courier bears the expense of shipment, not us" -- even though I paid them and not the courier) and refused to refund the extra fee. Gave me the runaround. I asked to speak with a manager, was told one would call me and nobody ever did. Not honorable. We have so many choices for these products, why deal with a company like this?

"In July 2019 I bought six TN450 cartridges for my Brother laser printer. I reside in the Caribbean thus the items were first shipped to my freight forwarder in Florida. Several months later I traveled to the US and brought back one of the six cartridges. On arrival, I tried several times to install the cartridge into my printer, it was never accepted by the printer. Each time the printer re-cycled after I closed the door, I received an error. I have worked in the Information Technology(IT) industry for over 'three decades' thus I am very familiar with all types of printers. The products are cheap, they seem to be well constructed, unfortunately the cartridge NEVER WORKED, they are JUNK of the highest order. I would never purchase items again from from 4inkjets nor would I encourage anyone to purchase their cartridges. "
"Ordered ink for my Dell printer. I was able to buy a substantial quantity of ink at a bargain price. Ink cartridges have been performing perfectly. I was really upset when Dell stopped supporting their printers with Dell ink cartridges, especially after I bought a new laptop that was more expensive than other models because that particular model could be used with my old printer. Image my shock when, within a month or two, I found out they had gone out of the printer business & I could no longer get ink from them! I'm so glad I found another reliable supplier.

"My printer kept saying the cartridges were not full. I had bought a box of 6. The rep had me try them all. Only one worked. I have not had any problems with these refurbished cartridges before so I chalked it up to a fluke. However, when I purchased the HP brand for my printer, I had no problems. I hate to rate them poorly but when I absolutely have to have ink I will have the actual brand name on hand. Not sure I can rely on these cartridges and not sure when I will try them again. The customer service rep was patient and understanding. She did not hassle me when I asked just to have a refund."
