"I was shipped the wrong item. I contacted the store per the instructions on the back of my shipping receipt. I received an email from Mike that was very condescending. Stated there was NO WAY they possibly made a mistake and stated they didn't offer the product I selected on THEIR website! I responded if it didn't show it was offered I never would have ordered it!
He simply replied return it. They don't include a return label . I went to UPS and it's going to cost me more to return it than I paid for it. I reached out to Mike again and never got a response. I try to support local and U.S companies assuming they will stand behind their products. You would think I ordered from China with the service I got from them! I will NEVER order anything from 4thegrill again! I am now stuck with a product I din't order unless I want to be out more $. Horrible!!!!

"Horrible customer service! Order arrived incomplete and I contacted 4thegrill.com the same day. Received a response from someone named Mike saying the missing item would be shipped out immediately. However four emails later and still no item or response to any of my emails! Absolute nonsense! Save yourself the headache and order from a reputable company."
"Horrible. Ordered a 37 inch spit for my rotisserie early last month. They sent me an unusable 32 inch spit. Within one hour of receipt of the product I called and left a message on their voice mail system explaining the situation and asking for a call back. No response. Two days later I call (leave message) and email....again explaining the situation and asking for a call back. I also email them a pic of the spit sitting next to a tape measure so they would know it was only 32 inches. Again...no response whatsoever. Nothing. Four days later I call (again get a voicemail system) and email again and say that I'm upset and I intend to trash them on the net and dispute the credit card charge if I don't hear back. Still nothing. What jerks. Over a month later and still never heard back. Thank God I only got ripped off on a thirty dollar purchase and not something expensive. 4thegrill is terrible and either has no interest in even the most basic customer service or they are so clueless that they don't check their email or voicemail for weeks at a time. Have now disputed the charges and will now do my best to trash these jerks on the net. "
"4 the grill is a great place to do business. I odered a set of tongs that were in the inventory but later find out the inventory was incorrect. 4 the grill lowered the price of the other items I ordered for my inconvienence. I recieved my order in three days. Their courteous and excellent service will have me ordereing from 4 the grill again."
"I just tried my brand new Jalapeno Pepper Grill Rack and it ROCKS!!! It holds up to 18 peppers, but I only needed 10 for my dinner party. The non-stick coating makes clean-up a breeze, especially with all that cheese and bacon grease - it can get really messy. The folding legs make it easy to store and it fits on the top shelf of the dishwasher. I looked all over the Internet for just the right rack and 4theGrill had the best one on the market, thanks Charcoal Companion! Go Figure - it is even in the shape of a Jalapeno Pepper, but the price was right and On Sale @ $0.50 off. My new Pepper Rack will get a real work out this Thanksgiving in Dallas and I'm sure it'll be the hit of the party. The FREE recipe they included was a nice touch. I highly recommend it to everyone who loves Jalapeno Peppers...mmmm!"
