They let me know it had to come from the warehouse to them first and responded to my emails within a day to keep me updated on it's arrival time. Great experience compared to the other 2 shops that waited 2-3 days to tell me it wasn't actually "in stock" like their websites said. "
"I own three companies, and can't believe the business practices of this "company". Just take a look online to find out that I'm clearly not the only one.
I purchased a muffler on Ebay from them. I did not even take it out of the box. They refused to return the item, or refund my money, even though it had never even been touched! They were extremely rude and did not care about me as a customer at all. All they want is to grab money. They have no regard for you as a customer, or your view of their business.

"They sent me a part that looks completely different then the one they had advertised and the same part was advertised elsewhere on their site for a lower price. They had the advertised part in stock, but to get the one I thought I was buying, I would have to pay an additional ~$15 in shipping. The customer service woman manipulated me into not following through with my request for the lower price. She told me that if I wanted the lower price then I would have to pay for shipping in both directions, which would make the $50 part cost an additional $30 or so. I would have to pay almost double the cost for the part, just to get the one that I actually wanted! I will never shop with them again."

"One of the worst buying experiences I have had lately. I ordered my parts and it qualified for free 3-14 day shipping. A week later they are still not shipped. I emailed them and 3 days later they email back stating that my order was still processing and they had up to 14 days just to ship the items. When the items did come they were dropped shipped from a company called Moto Lume. I guess I should have bought directly from them. I will never buy anything 58cycle again. "
