"My orders never get shipped right away, it usually takes between 3 to 6 business days. So when I get a notice that something in my order is no longer in stock, I wonder if it's because they took so long to process it. Shipping takes about 3-4 weeks after shipment but I believe that may be because I am overseas/military. Also, I emailed customer service and haven't received a reply, it's been 3 business days so far. But they have very good quality clothing, sometimes you'll get something from name brand companies, and they aren't expensive at all. Tags are always attached and jewelery comes in its own holding pouch."
"I encountered some problems due to an out of stock item; this was further exacerbated by me receiving three items in the wrong size and one item that was completely different from what I ordered.
I am overall very dissatisfied and unwilling to purchase again.
I don't know if my opinion may change in the future, but for now, I am left with a negative feeling from this experience."
