"I ordered 4 items on August 10th, 2017: 1 lightweight knit cardigan, 1 pair of earrings, 1 high rise jeans and 1 sleeveless top. I chose ground shipping 8-12 business days. All of the items were indicated as being in stock. Since I did not received a e-mail in regards to shipping, I called customer service on August 16th to check the status of my order. I was informed that one item was not available, that they were getting a shipment of that item the same day and that the order would be shipped out the following day. On August 25th, I received my order. All of the items were brand new, clean and packaged well. The only item I was disappointed with was the cardigan. I thought it would be a little more thicker. However, it's quality is like tissue paper, very thin and see-through. I'm keeping all the items. I'm giving a 4-star rating, deducting 1 point for not getting a shipping e-mail and other minor concerns. Overall, it was a good experience, I would order from them again. I would recommend to double check the measurements of the clothing to get the right fit."
"I recently ordered from 5.99fashion and Roseware Wholesale. It took one week to get my items from 5.99fashion, and to date, I still have not received items I ordered over a month ago from that site. Items I have ordered on time before learning about 599 fashion, from Roseware Wholesale were cheap and as soon as I tried to zip it up, the zipper broker. NEVER do I have issues with sizes or styles looking like the pictures etc with 599fashion. I have been spreading the good news daily as I come in wearing my new clothes! Please don't change. Keep up the excellent work, quality of service, and very nice fashions. "
