"I bought some pants a size 20 the size 20 was more like an 16 when i asked for a refund or exchange they said sure then all these rules can up that wasn't in the refund or return policy posted under items then i had to contact them 3 times to get a return label by email that took a week, Then they stick on the rules before they would even exchange them then there was no place to tell them what item i wanted for the exchange nor size it was jumping threw hoops to try to exchange or get a refund by the time they sent me the return label i only had a week to ship them back that didn't include how long it would take to ship back my item and not even the money for shipping. I highly advise get a size or 2 bigger then the actual size you wear especially if you are a plus size."
