"This merchant do deliver what you purchased. I ordered Microsoft Office 2007 Professional in 17th of March 2009.I waited within the 4 weeks shipping period and the product did not arrive I made a complain.I was told the product was shipped but I have no product in hand. They offered me refund . I accepted the offer of refund then 1st of June 2009 I received the product. It must have taken time for it to arrive as I live in Dubai UAE. The next time I buy from 5dollarsoftware.com I will give them more time for the delivery period."
