"They are quick if there is no problems but let there be and they disappear. I sent in a design that came back withing a few days but they sent an outline. The background was supposed to be embroidered white which it told them. That was Aug 20th. On Aug 25th I ordered (and paid for) another with a red background. Today is Sept 11th and haven't heard from them after 3 emails. So I suggest, pay a little more for real customer service. Oh by the way the phone numbers on the web site are bogus."

"I was very hesitant to use this service because of the poor reviews. But my experience was great. I submitted a high quality clip art image late on a Friday night. On Wednesday I had a fully digitized DST downloadable machine embroidery design. I stitched it out and was very impressed. It was high quality and stitched great. I usually digitize my own designs, but haven’t had time due to work commitments. I am very happy with this service and would use them again if needed."

"Three years ago I ordered and paid for two images to be digitized. They told me they couldn't do it because they were photos. I asked for a refund ... send replacement images to be digitized (which were never done) ... asked for a refund ... asked for a refund ... asked for a refund ... three years later, I'm still waiting for even a response! Disgusting unprofessional behaviour!
I've just asked AGAIN for that refund, but I'm not holding my breath. Never again will I use their "service"."
