Some of the previous posts seem to be accusing of 'penny pinching', but considering the pricing is probably what brought them to the store in the first place, I think penny pinching is the last thing they should be pointing fingers about.
I have shopped here for years, and have never had a problem. I happened across this site, and thought that I would take a few minutes to say a few good things about a store that has been very good to me over the years, and I don't know of anyone who has had trouble.
The only thing I warn people about before deciding to shop here, is that since there is no area to 'browse' the inventory, you have to know what you want before you come in. (The sales reps are nice, and can help with this, but it drags down the whole process, you can tell the store was not designed to operate this way.)

"In early January of this year, I bought a case/power supply locally from 5oclock. I had done business in the past with minimal difficulties except for the exceptionally cheap penny pinching reputation that Niki, the owner, has made for her business. Everything for a price, down to the last screw. Anyway, six months down the road, the power supply went out. Still under warranty I went to exchange it. I was informed that the power supply that I was returning was dated from 1998 and was not the original supply that was sold to me in January. Having never even removed the power supply until I was told by a 5oclock employee to remove it and bring it in for a replacement, it is a solid fact that the power supply I brought in was the one I bought in January. This computer was my own personal computer for school that I bought, and assembled. I have never even bought another power supply from 5oclock in the past. Rather than take the tiny hit for the defective merchandise and satisfy a customer with a legitimate complaint, Niki prefered to accuse me of attempting to steal from her, and in a rude inappropriate manner gave me the option of leaving her store with my broken supply or purchasing a new one at full price. When asked, no concession was even offered for buying a new one at cost or reduced price. "
