"I ordered two posters. The container holding them was damaged on arrival. As a result, both posters were highly crinkled from top to bottom.

That's all fine and dandy...it happens. So I contact the site via the email they list on their site. I get an automated message back saying "Hello Everyone,
We are currently having problems with our emails. Please send all
questions or comments to ****@****
Thanks, Management"

So I resend the email to the yahoo.com address. I wait a few days and no response.

So I figure maybe their emails are bust and maybe they don't check the yahoo one much. So I decide to try and use their Contact Form on their site. I send the same email asking about what can be done with getting damaged products replaced. After using the form, I get this automatic email:

"This is an automated email sent to you letting you know your message was sent. If you got this message you can be sure that we also have gotten it, so expect a response shortly."

Okay, well, a few more days later and still no reply. I decide to try and just call them up on the telephone number they have listed on their site. It goes strait to voice mail. I figure that they might be closed at the time of my call and just leave a message with my name, transaction number, and a phone number to call me back at. The next day, I call again, but at an earlier hour just to see if the phone ever rings...it doesn't, strait to voice mail again. Okay, so whatever, their a small company...probably pretty normal.

So I've already tried email, their contact forms, and phone. Still no reply. For a site that claims to "strive for your 100% satisfaction" and "have the best customer service", you'd think they could at least reply to their customers.

I have now contacted them via Ebay, where they hold an account (powerseller at that). If they don't get back to me in the next week, I think it's safe to say they don't care about their customer and that they are actually scamming people. You can't give a damaged product and not replace it...that's just not acceptable.

If, however, I get a response in the next week, I shall update this post with a positive review.
