"Ordered my Acekard 2i on December 25th and received nothing. I contacted customer service and they said "Its COMMON for Canada Post to lose packages!" Wow, really! So, they sent me another Acekard 2i-its already January 18th and I havent received anything. I contacted them again and they gave me a refund. Supposedly again, they are having trouble with CANADA POST. Dont buy from them, if you really want your r4i or Acekard 2i from USA, go to www.koolds.com They give you a tracking number plus it ships from Los Angeles. I got mine in 2 days. DONT BUY FROM 5TH DIMENSION STORE!!!!!!"

"I waited two weeks for my Acekdard 2i to arrive and nothing. I knew it shipped from Canada, but it wouldnt take as long as orders shipped from China. So, I contacted them via email and they responded quickly saying "Orders from Canada Post usually loses packaging when transferring them to USPS." Ok? So,how is that my fault? If this is a common thing, then dont order from this website! Cant believe their customer service saying that I was doing THREATS when I told them I wanted proof that my item was shipped or I would contact my Bank! Overall,ignore this company. It took 2 weeks and 1 day to get to Florida (when it was stated 7-8 days) which isn't bad compared to other Asian dealers. My Acekard was shipped to me in a envolope with the original Acekard packaging slanted and the Acekard in a zip loc bag( I guess so it would fit) But I am happy with My product and recommend you shop there.

First of all, this is my first review for
5th Dimension Store, Their pretty much a new store, they opened December 2008.

My review to them is OUTSTANDING!!!
Very nice Customer Service and Fast Shipping.
I bought 3 items from them with free shipping on a Sunday and they shipped my purchases on a Monday got it on a Friday, A normal free shipping rate from Canada to California.
Remember your Packages will have to go to customs before it reach your home.

All three items works perfectly and yes they have little stuff but give them a chance, they will expand more products pretty soon.

Yes I would recommend this company to any body.
