"the staff at this school is the best of the best! the directors always take time to greet each family every day, and the teachers are very compassionate towards the children."
"Love Miss Danielle. Wonderful teacher. Mr Matt miss Kiara and Miss Lisa are also great"
"I love how it feels very welcoming and warm. The teachers all say hi to the kids and seem to enjoy each and every one of them."
"We love Childtime and our director Santina Grant. She is the reason we have never considered leaving along with the teachers; particularly Barbara Nellist and Danielle Jank."
"Net neutral - my daughter feels comfortable & mostly happy there. It’s difficult to know how much of that is just her personality vs the care she is receiving"
"We are overall satisfied with our experience. Our child seems to be happy while there. I have friends whose kids go to other childtime locations that are the same age and they seem to do more activities with the babies. Almost every day there is some type of activity and they get photo updates of this. They were also offered food at other locations and I bring my child’s food in every day."
"The staff is great and very friendly. Super approachable and my child seems to like his teachers. I can tell he is learning a lot and see a big difference on a weekly basis with his speech and knowledge. I Wish the food/meal options were healthier though. They offer a lot of processed foods (crackers, cereal, cookies, etc) and not a good variety of proteins, fruits and veggies. My child always seems to have bowl issues which is very frustrating. For the price we pay, it would be nice to have better options for growing kids"
"I think Sandy and Barb are great. Some teachers could use skills on building relationships with the parents."
"I loved the school when it was Brierwood. Sandy, Barb, and the other teachers were extensions of my own family. While Sandy and Barb remain, most of the other teachers that my family grew up with left, as well as many legacy families. This has resulted in an odd situation for my kinder-ready son who now spends most of his time with 3 and 4 year olds. Childtime has become far more rigid with their policies which has been a detriment. I am still charged for care even when the center is closed, which is not acceptable. While I understand that Childtime may look at this as a school, the reality is that it's caretaking, and I pay for the constant availability (which is why we didn't go through route of a nanny). I've loved watching my kids go through Brierwood, but don't think I could say the same about Childtime."
"So far, I love it. I was worried about going back to work and not having my girl loved on and having the ability to learn. I feel like they try their best to love every baby in the class and try to teach them things."
"With my child no problem But Interacting with the staff they go back and tell the other parent what was said"
"Great when it was briarwood. Nothing but issues since it became Childtime"
"We've had a great experience with all of our kids. The teachers are great with them!"
"I doubt you would post a negative review, so I will choose to do this on Google myself when I feel the time is right"
"We adore the school and teachers. They are the best. We wish staffing improved faster but recognize all companies struggle to find quality staff; the Director has been amazing at continuing to meet our needs with limited staff."
