"I have been purchasing color and b/w cartridges
from them for the past few years, mainly for my epson 820 printer, and have only had 1 cartridge that was bad from the start. They sent me out a replacement when I called, and I have had no problems other than that. Orders arrive in a few days, and shipping is free."

"Color cartridges were electronically rejected by printer. Black cartridge would not dispense ink. A relly bad experience."

"Ink cartridge was leaking when I opened the box.
Could never reach live customer service on phone.
Took a week to answer email. Had to query management for above number to return dud cartridge. Took a month to credit my visa back.
NEVER AGAIN. Abysmal service. Substandard
merchandise."
