"I have been using 77ink cartridges in Canon Pixma printers for several years. I buy in bulk, and get an extremely low cost per cartridge. This ink works excellent as a brand replacement with the following comments: Blacks are not as rich as Canon blacks; it is not waterproof on standard paper. It is waterproof on multiple glossy photo papers; I do not know the performance on other types of photo paper; It does have some fading in prolonged direct sunlight. I have had some ink leaks when unsealing a cartridge without holding it upside-down, but I attribute this to low atmospheric pressure at my location of 6000Ft elevation. Try it, you may like it!"

"This place is terrible!! I do not know how they have good reviews. I got several ink cartridges from them. They were all supposed to be the same size, (you know, for the same printer) and there were 3 different sizes in the box. On top of that, 2 of them leaked all over when we opened them. Then, I contacted the company to tell them what happened and they said that I would get a refund if I sent the purchase back. So, LUCKILY I was smart enough to get order tracking. They kept telling me they did not have the package and had if for OVER A WEEK before they finally admitted that they had it. I told them I wanted my money back right away and that I filed a complaint with paypal and I have never heard from them again. So, I am letting every possible review site I can find know how much there customer service SUCKS and that there products are terrible, too. If I can't get my 75 bucks back I will at least let everyone know how rotten it can be to do business with them. HORRIBLE. They should be embarrassed. "
