"I really wished I would have read some of these reviews before trusting 800 flowers for such an important day as my wife's birthday. My wife's birthday is today, which is also Christmas. I ordered flowers to be sent yesterday knowing that everything would be closed on Christmas. It was supposed to be a surprise so my wife of course does not know to be expecting flowers, but I waited all day and didn't see any flowers show up. I thought it was just late because they were busy around the holidays. At the end of the day, I checked my email and saw an email with a confirmation that it was delivered. I called 800 flowers and they said the soonest they can redeliver is Monday. I guess they can't deliver today on Christmas Friday, but they also can't deliver on Saturday or Sunday. What used would it do for me showing up on Monday? I cannot say enough how disappointed I feel to trust 800 flowers for such an important day only to have it ruined. It may be my wife's last birthday together with me too because her health is failing slowly from 2 Harvoni hep c treatment. Thank you 800 flowers for ruining this Christmas and the most important day of my life."
