"Bought a replacement battery for my MacBook which worked at first and then failed. After a long process to organise a return under warranty - the replacement was sent out after numerous follow up emails and then it turned out to be faulty as well. The company also promised in writing to refund my return postage to my PayPal but then reneged on the promise and failed to return anymore emails. They pretend to have many departments including repairs and billing, but this is just one dodgy operator selling ripoff products from China and not being accountable.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They should be shut down immediately by authorities "

"Price was right, thats a plus, however when the battery arrived it was faulty.
The chat facility on the website is a fake & there is no way to phone them.
I advised (by e-mail) the battery was faulty & provided the diagnostic information, I was given information pretty quickly on where to return it, however when I tried to post it back I was advised by Royal Mail you cannot post a lithium battery on its own, I advised 800PC of this, they in turn suggested I try Yodel & Hermes which I did with the same result, I asked if they would collect when they delivered a replacement, but was advised "Sorry the replacement will ship only after your return is received"
So with no way to return the battery to 800pc (without breaking the law), I've been left with a faulty battery & out of pocket.
I would not recommend buying from 800pc, I have sent comprehensive e-mails with details of the issue being faced and only ever get one line replies with no make or contact details"

"I ordered a laptop charger for my Dell a week ago and paid extra for express shipping. There is no way to get ahold of them by phone as they don't have a number. I e mailed four times and only received one reply the day after I ordered. They told me my order was on the way and the shipping department would contact me with my tracking number. All lies and no regard for customer service. I wish I would have paid the extra $20 at Best Buy now. I already filed a dispute with PayPal. I hope this business gets shut down they are an absolute nightmare!"
