"Almost speechless! Some other store already mentioned there are some fake things in this business, but I thought that maybe some competitors behavior. And I ordered, and I was ripped off. My friend( the receiver) told me what is inside the basket, I leaned the fact that all stuff in the basket is completely different from their pictures and are all local cheap food. They only acted after I threatened to complain to PayPal because without PayPal, they can't get any payments from stupid foreigners like me who actually trust them. "I was another victim of embarrasment when I went to ship our corporate office a holiday gift basket. Our team in China sent me a photo of them holding the basket. I was so embarrased that I emailed ****@****. I included a photo of the item I ordered on the website and the pitiful basket that my team received. What a waste of money! They lady that responded told me she would deliver a bottle of French wine to the office to help smooth things over. This is a corporate office and I cannot deliver wine to them. I asked her to save the wine and provide the office with a gift basket that resembed the item that I ordered online. I have not heard back from her. I will never use their service again. This was a BIG mistake. If I could post the two photos, I would."
"I agree. I made the unfortunate mistake of ordering from 800 china baskets without reading reviews. I was completely ripped off. Almost 90% of the items they described in their website for the gift baskets were not delivered but replaced with cheap goods. Absolutely disappointed and embarassed!!!!!

I have ordered a gift basket ($120 + $5) from the company and the basket was delivered on time. The products delivered are completely different from what company has showed at website. The local sub-contractor make up a basket with cheap and aged item. The values and quality of the product is very poor and embarrassed my friend and myself.
