"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are selling used and/or returned merchandise as new! I ordered a Brand New PAP2T device and when I received it, it was NOT NEW:
1. I only received the inner box and not the shrink-wrapped blue sleeve box.
2. The plastic bag holding the actual device was already ripped open.
3. The device was scratched and marked-up and it had dust/dirt around the rubber feet.
4. CD was missing and all other instruc. papers were dirty/wrinkled.
When they FINALLY processed the return RMA ten days after they received it, they(Dave at Ext. 206) told me the product WAS NOT defective and it was going to be placed it back in inventory to resell again!! Are you kidding me? Also, they unsuccessfully tried to issue a partial credit in which I had quickly "correct them". In the end they WOULD NOT credit the money I spent on return shipping. BBB and Visa Reg. E-Form are next; many alternatives to follow. They messed with the wrong person."
