"Placed an order and after not recieving an email or the product, I called to check the status of my order. I was told a store credit was issued because the item was not in stock. The item was listed as in stock on their website before and after my order but the person said it was in stock in California and not at the New Jersey site where orders were taken. Tried to email them by clicking on their icon for email and both emails were returned as undeliverable.
Would steer clear of these people as they will charge your credit card without shipping product or communicating with you. "
"BEWARE:
1) They shipped me the wrong parts on two out of three orders.
2) Stated they never received my returned package and I thought I was screwed. I called in again and found out they did find my package. . . very shady.
3) Inconsistently charge a 20% restocking fee on some items, but not on others, even if it's an error on their part. I ended up charging back against their company.
4) They're customer service is EXTREMELY rude by both their "customer service" reps and their sales people."
