"This company is TERRIBLE! Don't try to call as you will never ever speak to anyone. Does not matter if you want to place a new order or if you want to speak to customer service. I doubt if they have anyone really working there. Probably one person set up a website and trying to do sell things like a real online retailer. I've also sent 3 emails on my order and not a single reply. To say this company is bad would be too nice. Forget about them and go to someplace that really wants your business"

"Horrible customer service. My package was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted customer service and someone by the name of Gina P suggested that I go around checking to see who has my package! I live in an apartment complex of over 100 apartments and it could have bee delivered to anyone's mail box! Their website states that all packages are insured against loss and that customers are taken care of. Not so. I would never shop here again. I own an online store also and I would never advise a customer to go around checking where their package is if has been delivered to the wrong address, how rude and inconsiderate!"
