"Just like all the other reviews, I placed my order, got immediate auto response confirming order, but to date no update on shipment confirmation. No response to any of my many emails asking for service. Beware when buying anything through this company!!!"
"On 2009/02/18 I bought parts for my tivo to the value of US $162.67 from the 9th tee.
I used my credit card to make the transaction.
Not long after I received an automated email message acknowledging successful initial processing of my order.
It also stated that the status of my order can be obtained by emailing ****@****.
During the same afternoon I received a sms from my credit card company stating that the transaction has gone through.
Since that time I have emailed 5 time during the following 4 weeks without any responce.
I cannot use my tivo at all until I get the parts.
Unfortunately I live in a country without any official tivo support so I have nowhere to turn.
This was one of the few sites willing to send any tivo parts to SA.
Because I am so far away I do not know what to do! This is a lot of money for me!
So at this stage I definitely can not in good consience even give this store a 1/10 as I haven received any service whatsoever.
I will send a last email to them, wait a few days after which I will seek out the authorities. "
"Ordered on 12/23/08. Paid for overnight shipping ($35 extra charge) as it was a Christmas gift. Received immediate order confirmation via e-mail. Was excited!! Money immediately taken out of my Paypal account. As of 12/30/08 no package, no shipping information, no reply to my attempts to contact 9th tee via e-mail. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
After reading multiple reviews (too late, I know), it appears that this company used to be responsible. I'm not sure what has happened, but all reviews in late 2007 through 2008 are horrible. STAY AWAY from 9th Tee.
I will be contacting the BBB about them and will post to this review with any new information.
What they are doing constitutes Fraud in any state. STAY AWAY from 9th Tee.
The day after this post I received an e-mail from 9th Tee confirming my shipment. It was shipped overnight (7 days late).
Long story short: I received the items after 8 days, but paid for express shipping.
Also - the owner FINALLY contacted me via e-mail AFTER the item was delivered..."
"I ordered a TiVo "Instant Cake CD" on the 27th of Feb 2008 and havent heard a word since the "auto message" letting me know they had processed my order - meaning they have the $26.00. (I confirmed this with my bank.) No communication since then, and no CD. I have since sent 3 emails to Mark asking for shipping info, all with no reply. (The website says 24 to 48 hours after processing for the item to ship.) Anyone know if they're still in business?"
"Took them 4 business days to ship - received no status information from them between my order confirmation and the shipment notification. Otherwise experience was fine."

"Ordered an HDHOMERUN, paid thru paypal. Received item quickly. Unfortuately, it was a gift and the person I bought it for already got one. So, I contacted 9th Tee, (Mark McCorkle) by email. He gave me an authorization number, told me that he refund the full price minus the shipping. Great! I returned the item using delivery confirmation, they had it back on 12/26/2007. Since then, no credit, no contact, no response to several emails, no response to a paypal invoice I sent, no response to a fax of all the paperwork and the email from Mark, no credit. I don't understand why I have to jump thru hoops. Will never buy from this place again."

"The product (turbo-net card) did not work at all. After contacting the support on the website 9thtee said there was a 25% restocking charge. Imagine a fee on a product that does not work! Incredible. Glad I paid for this with my credit card. I will repuiate the charge."

Compare that to the “real” tech support from SONY-TIVO 9th Tee is top notch."
