"This is the item I ordered:BlackBerry 2.5mm Headset for Blackberry Handsets [Blackberry Retail Packaging]
I received a cheap imitation product with no markings on the package or product. I sent them 2 emails regarding a refund and have not heard from them. I will not buy from them again.

"A1 Accessories uses deceptive product listings, so be very careful before you order. A1 had the exact same item (manufacturer, model, 100% identical) listed for $0.70 with a picture of one item, and listed for $1.57 with a picture of two items. I ordered the two for $1.57 since A1 was going to charge double on shipping and handling for two @ $0.70. When I received only one item, I asked for the rest of what I paid for. A1's reponse, although prompt, was completely unsatisfactory.
ME: "I ordered a LOT of TWO usb-mini-to-usb-micro adapters for $1.57 (+ s/h). The picture shows TWO adapters. This is different from your listing for one adapter for only $0.70 (Mot Mini-USB to Micro-USB Char). If I wanted only
one, I would have purchased one for $0.70 instead."
A1: " The picture with 2 is for only 1 item, but the photo simply shows both ends of the connector."
ME: "Can you please explain why you have this EXACT ITEM listed with ONE item pictured for SEVENTY CENTS, and the same item with TWO items pictured for ONE DOLLAR AND FIFTY-SEVEN CENTS."
A1: "We offer tons of listings on Amazon with different titles, different models, so that they came up differently under different keyword searches. As a competitor on Amazon, different listings get different prices because some competitors change their pricing while others leave the pricing alone. This causes a disparity in pricing for the same products. There is nothing deceptive about one ad showing one photo and another showing a different photo. We have little control on the titles on Amazon listings and have even less control on the photos used. What I will do is refund you the price difference between the 2 listings. If you would like another one, you can order another."
