"I have purchased a couple of times from this vendor, however this time I ordered some pool cleaning poles (telescopic) and received them promptly. But what really impressed me was the length they went to ensure I received the items in good condition. I ordered two poles and they arrived packaged in PVC pipe closed at both ends. Needless to say the items were still wrapped and in PERFECT condition, thanks to carefully selected packaging. I had ordered this same item from other companies in the past, but the cardboard packaging did not do a good job protecting the poles. "
