"This business only has ONE STAR rating on Google review, and there is a reason for that. They might answer your calls and emails prior to when the sale is made, good luck getting a hold of them if you run into issues with your order. They will not answer the business phone and you can’t leave a voicemail because it’s always “FULL”. Don’t believe their “promise” to provide you the best price and save you money. Getting involved with this business will only result in headaches.
Don’t get trapped that they are providing you best price and saving you money, it’s not worth saving a BUCK.
Another helpful tip: Don't use "PayPal" for payment because they knows how to take advantage of their "Return Policy".
And to make matters worse, they have the nerve to call their customers crooks, liars, etc. when THEY are the ones ripping off the people paying them. If you ask for them to fix problems that they caused more than once, they will accuse you of abuse and molestation. What kind of person runs a business this way?
I ordered floor tiles from this seller and a few of the boxes were delivered with broken materials. I requested that they provide a replacement or credit for the broken goods. Initially I was asked to provide a picture of the broken items, which I did. Then I was asked to ship the materials back at my own expense so they could validate that the condition of the tiles. I offered to ship the broken items back, if they provided a return pick-up label or I offered to take them back to the manufacturer will call, where I had picked up the items, but the seller did not agree. I should not have to ship the broken tiles back at my expense because it wasn’t my fault, and it might have cost more than the credit amount itself. At this point, I was accused of breaking the tiles even though I have more than one witness and a signed document that verifies they arrived broken. They are also accused that I asked to get full refund of the total sale amount ($2220 approx.) which is not true. I only asked to get refund for two broken boxes for about $100. So don't trust this reseller. You have to email them over and over to get a response back. Again, they don't answer their business phone line.
I tried to deal directly with the manufacturer, but they were told not to respond to me. It wasn’t easy dealing with the tile manufacturer, but initially they did try to help.
At the end I was told “Once you took them they were yours, no matter what you say, later. Your signature of acceptance, at will call, ended all liability. I won't be responding again. This issue is totally resolved.”
