"This place is a disaster. I ordered two items on two separate orders. The first never arrived and the shipping info showed they generated a label but it was never picked up by USPS. They refunded that one after a few days. The second order was a handlebar that they shipped in a big plastic envelope with no padding and it arrived damaged. I shipped it back and requested that they pay the return shipping, but I haven't received a reply on that. Any reputable company would send a prepaid return label for products that arrive damaged.

Update 11/14/2014: Now they have returned to me the product I received from them damaged, saying it was received damaged. Unbelievable. Of course it's damaged, that's how I received it! Is there a way I can give them 0 stars?

"I ordered from aawyeah a couple of times in the past and they have been fast in shipping but with no padding. The items arrived without damage due to luck.

However, the last shipment was also sent with no padding in the envelope. This resulted in a broken item. I emailed aawyeah twice with no response from them. I initiated a credit card charge back and received a refund on the item by my credit card company.

It's too bad their customer service is non existent. As a result, they lost my business in the future. A company is only as good as how they back up their services. As with the other reviewers, customer service needs improvement."

"I've ordered bicycle tubes from them on Dec 20th 2013 and never received my items. USPS tracking says that package was delivered but I never received anything. USPS told me to contact sender (AAWYEAH) to start investigation but AAWYEAH replied to me that package was delivered. When I tried to explaien them that this is no my fault they never replied any of my emails. AVOID them! Very unprofessional and irresponsible company. They don't even have costumer service phone number you can call."

ZERO oversize charges for shipping wheels/tires (and maybe not on bikes either?). I bought 2 NAME BRAND disc rotors and rim strips on MONDAY and they ARRIVED WEDNESDAY! WEDNESDAY! YES WEDNESDAY! FOR FREE shipping, NOT expedited or any extra cost. They are in Oklahoma and I'm in FL, so it seems super fast to me. Product prices were insanely low too. "Pleasantly surprised with this store. After reading about them somewhere online (really can't remember where now, some bike forum where lots of people had good experiences with them) I ordered a new stem for my bike. They had the lowest price I could find anywhere, and with free shipping! Shipping was very fast and the new stem arrived in perfect condition. Not sure but I believe they are fairly new, so their selection of bikes and parts isn't the largest. Hopefully they'll grow and maintain their current excellent standard of service. Next time I need something for my bike, I will definitely check with them first."
