"Boy, I am surprized these people are still in business! I could deal with not being able to track orders, long waits and not being able to get customer service (unless you paid for the phonecall)....Now, I've had it with them after having received tens of e-mail saying that my account past due and I am due for a visit from a collection agency. The thing is ABC Distributing lost my shipment and want me to pay for what I've never received. Looks like the shipping department has no idea what the billing department is doing! I e-mailed, I called them, I even cancelled my account with them. Still, I keep getting their annoing e-mails...Gonna go and setup ABC Distributing e-mail 'block'."
"My order never arrived at my home. ABC demanded that the order be prepaid. Website does not allow any means of tracking items that they have sent USPS. I have just spent 1 hour 7 minutes on hold for customer service that kept telling me they were most anxious to talk to me. I placed a small order on 10/28/05. website says shipped on 11/10.(what is the hold up there?) and coming from Miami FL to central FL. Also there is no toll free number, email capabilities on site, and no representatives apparently answering the phone. This has been a horrendous purchasing experience. "
"Placed an order on 10/12/05. They show shipped on 10/19/05 via parcel post so no tracking abilities. On 11/17/05, tried repeatedly to contact their customer service. Was on hold 20 minutes listing to how important I was to them as a customer and to please hold for the next representative. Today, 11/20/05, received "Payment Due" notice. When I get my order, THEN, and only then, will I pay them. In the past, have received orders consisting of several items that were shipped in individual boxes with lots of bubble wrap and air spacers. The more boxes they use, the more they make with their unreal shipping charges. This business is a rip off and they don't care. I am no longer a "valued" customer, or any type of customer with them."
"I would advise anyone never to order from these people! This is the worst experience I've ever had, and believe me I thought I'd seen it all! You never know the shipping cost beforehand. The order status changes daily -- they say an order was shipped, then a week later it says it wasn't shipped. I tried for weeks, literaly dozens of times, to get customer service, only to be told "all circuits are busy", or if you do get in the queue, you sit for 20 minutes listening to recordings telling you how important your call is. I tried by fax to get someone to call me, but no one ever does. They provide no e-mail for customer service, so you're really stuck. They keep telling me I owe them money, but I never received the merchandise yet. I don't know how they ship -- slow boat from China or something, because it's been weeks since they say they shipped. There's more, but you get the point....."
"I would not use ABC dist. again. Can't get your items, can't track shippers, overcharged for items and can't get in touch with customer service. Ordered items , paid for them , didn't get them. Too much work to get money back.

"I placed an order about a month ago and have yet to receive any of my merchandise. I tried to track it and it is not trackable due to it being sent via parcel post. I tried calling customer service long distance, as they do not have a toll free number, and waited 15 minutes before I finally hung up. Now I am not sure what to do. I have not paid for my order and will not until my items arrive. Unfortuate that I bought halloween items, it's October 31st and my order has not arrived! "

I ordered 2 items on-line on 08-23-05. Totaled $34.90 plus $10.76 shipping (FedEx). MC charged 08-28-05. Called FedEx - They never received package to ship. Called ABC (09-23-05), was told they would trace with FedEx and credit my account. 10-11-05 still haven't received package. Tried calling ABC Distributing,Inc, kept getting message "all circuits busy-try later". Called FedEx, they restated no package ever received from ABC and no trace request received from ABC. FedEx said they can not trace a package they never received. As it stands, I was charged for items and shipping for items not received. Williametta"
"I should have paid attention to the many dissatisfied reviewers and never ordered from abc as I am now one of the above. I ordered on 8/15/05 and have still not received part of my order. On line, it says it was shipped on 9/26 and the shipping is almost as much as the order. Another part of the order arrived with a large amount of air-filled plastic to take up space; 2 days later, a 2 pound item that would have fit in that space 3 or 4 times, arrived. The item cost $7.95 and I was charged $5.56 in shipping. Because abc refuses to reveal shipping costs, the customer is at their mercy and is ripped-off. They also do not have a way to contact them--except a long-distance phone call. Three different "help" links on their so-called "customer service" pages, did not respond."
"I order a football case for a miami dolphins football I got as a gift from them and I will never order from these idiots again. Shipping charges are kept from customers. They do not provide total price invoices.
Most places I buy from tell you the total price of item at time you buy or sends you another invoice with the details on when shipped. They sent the package data to FedEX on the 16th and still they have not picked up item.
I love FedEX so I blame ABC for not careing. They have charge my Visa Debt card so if I don't see it shipped by this Friday I am calling. ABC is in Miami and I live in St. Petersburg Florida so what is that 5 hours? Surely they can ship it that far in a day.

"I had SEVERAL orders that I was billed for but never received. It took some time but all but one has been credited. I have received a postcard from abc stating that they have received the merchandise return (I would gather the post office returned it as I never received the order) and abc would be crediting my account. Well, the credit has NEVER come thru and now they are sending threatening letters. I have faxed (4 times) them a copy of the postcard where they have received the returned merchandise, to no avail. Like all others, calling is fruitless! Minimum wait is 17 minutes (with me paying for the l/d call) and each time I have finally connected with a human I get hung up on!
No way I am paying for something I never received, especially when I have proof that they have received the return....what in the world am I to do????

"I love the products from this company. But they never ship all items at the same time not to me anyways. And It is so hard to get to talk to someone in customer service. It took 3 calls and being on hold 20 minutes each time. That is the most annoying thing. Customer service is good when you can talk to someone."
"This company has trouble in their order and billing department. One year we ordered two Christmas outside train set and they sent us four. Then billed us for four after we sent two back. This year we made payment on the above invoice and they said they didn't get it. We have called and explained and they still call us early in the morning, send email warnings, a varity of different amount bill for the same item we paid for. I was held on their long distance line for 10 minutes. The company says they don't make mistakes. I asked to speak to a manager and was held on long distance for another 5 minutes and they they hung up on me. In my opinion this company has problems and I don't want anything to do with them."
"I have not actually received an invoice, because my items have not been shipped. I moved, contacted abc and changed my address. At least once a week I get an e-mail saying my telephone number is not correct. Hello - I know my phone number. They say they have tried to contact me, but they have not. Now my order is on hold. The last order I made was cancelled because I did not reply to their e-mail - except that I changed the address and phone number every week for months. This is terrible customer service - and no way to contact them by e-mail. I agree with others, you call and get a different answer every time to the same questions. When will these people learn?"
