"I've had a pretty negative experience with this merchant as well. I needed to order some parts for my phone line and it was made of really cheap quality where the pieces broke nearly after a week of having it. The quality isn't there and I didn't get a response from them on resolving the issue. Not good at all."

"I ordered some case blower fans that arrived on time. This company has some good prices and some closeout items. They shipped to me in a well packed box using FedEx. The items arrived in retail packaging as described. Only a slight problem with one fan being out of stock, but the company packed a replacement (supposedly the same quality) fan in its place. Also this company answers E-mails quickly and has in my opinion good customer service. I would recommend using them for future sales to other people I know in the computer / electronics field.

Update: This company apparently had plenty of these fans in stock and chose to ship me a lesser quality fan with the lot. The comparable fan is inferior and does not have the same quality / warrantee. I did some checking using product codes and came up with the exact manufacturing info. Also, now this company is charging (twice !!) 2 times as much for the same bearing fans within 24 hours of my inquiry e-mail to them. Another words - Do not trust this company as they are not being honest about their in stock status and pricing. It appears that they are trying to save a few dollars by the old bait and switch. Unfortunately I can't recommend this company and my previous comments have to be stricken or ignored. Stay with the trusted online stores like the industry leaders NewEgg, ChiefValue, and ZipZoomFLy. You may pay an extra dollar or more, but you will get exactly what you ordered with reliable pricing. I thought I would give ABCcables a try but I was wrong, I should have ordered from the more reliable online stores. The only good thing about ABCcables store is that they did answer my e-mail quickly. Too bad the other bad issues had to happen."
