"I ordered electronic cards in June and pretty much forgot about them. At the end of the year, I finally decided to use them. When I checked the balances online, one of the cards was short of the stated balance. However, I called in and discovered that the short amount had been transacted on the card back in March. That was well prior to my purchase of the gift cards in June. I requested that ABC refund the small amount (it was a little over ten dollars). Of course, they hid behind their 45 day refund policy. That would be fair....except for the fact that they didn't do their own due diligence by checking the balance between March and my purchase in June. The amount of the discrepancy was not great, but this is a matter of principle to me. I won't do business with them again, and I advise others to think long and hard before purchasing from ABC."

"I got a $50 Victoria's Secret gift card for Christmas that I never used nor wanted to use, so I looked into some websites I could sell it to for some cash. I found this website and decided why not? I didn't read any reviews until after I made the sale. I did get a bit nervous about it, but decided I would wait it out & see what happened. I made the sale on Tuesday, got a confirmation email, then another telling me the funds would be in my account in 1-2 business days. It's Friday now, and I did in fact receive the full amount i was told.
Some people have bad luck, and it ****, but i had no issues with this website. It worked out pretty great."

"I had 9 lowes card worth $4500 with a zero balance or come up frozen at lowes after lowes deemed them to have been purchased fraudulently. ABC apologized and refunded one of them at $500. They refused to refund the other 8. At the moment Visa is going after them. I hope they shut them down. Do not use them. Please, do not use them. Refuse their business and put them out of business. Hopefully BBB or someone can shut them down. Better yet, if they are complicit in the fraud, I hope they get some sweet karma. "

Horrible customer service! Bought a DD gift card and it was registered to another account. I filed a ticket online and ask them to contact the seller to unlink the gift card but was only told by the customer service that the card does have balance on it thus it's not an issue and they can't help me.
Great, now for someone who always uses DD on the go order to skip the line and now I'll need to go in the store wait in line for 10 mins and have the cashier enter in the code manually while there are 50 people waiting behind. And repeat for 30 times?!
If this is the catch to save on the cost of the card, it should have been said before purchase. "

Because it was oil change and we were not able to use them within 45 days and the ABCgiftcards refused to refund or replace the card. It was much worse than Raise (where the card guarantee is 1 year)

"OK, I read some negative reviews here before my purchase. Was I concerned? Of course! But at the same time I thought I was covered. Worst case, I don't get to use the gift cards and have to ask for refund. Without the discounted gift cards I would have to pay for the original cost anyway.

I purchased 2 Black Angus gift cards worth $60 each. Both worked.

"I never leave reviews but people need to be warned. I saw a lot of mixed reviews so I figured i'd share my experience with this "company". I sold them a $62.49 Gamestop gift card that I had no use for. Immediately after the sale went through i checked my giftcard balance and it was $2.49 which i thought was weird but figured they were just going to take it out in portions. They were supposed to deposit the money into my account within 1-2 business days. On the third business day I called them to find out why i didn't see the deposit they told me that the balance was only $2.49 so they canceled the order and to call the giftcard company (gamestop) and find out who took the money out. Luckily, Gamestop was able to freeze the card and give me a new one with my original amount on it. These are a bunch of con artists scamming people out of their hard earned money and it's not right."

"I purchased a $42.91 Dunkin' Donuts gift card for $29.74. I went to load the gift card into my DD app, and got a message saying, "Card already registered." I emailed the company, and they responded saying their policy is that DD gift cards cannot be loaded into the app. Huh? Why not? Also, this immediately raised my suspicions, because if it's already registered, that means someone else has access to the card. Well, since there wasn't much I could do though, I went about using the actual gift card (well, email gift card). I successfully used it three times. On the 4th try, the cashier told me the card was deactivated. Well, well, well. So, someone else DID in fact have access to the gift card I was using. The only reason I'm not giving them only one star is because they did refund me the money (well, minus the amount I used). But I will certainly never trust, or use, this company again."

Overall experience was great, the only thing that was unfortunate was the sign-up/create account process was kludgy (password restriction and inaccurate error message around it). To my surprise I received the gift card I paid for in a matter of minutes and the advertise balance was intact.
Maybe hit-and-miss wit this merchant and I happened to be fortunate with my experience? At this point I'm not planning to keep shopping for gift cards but I'd like to share some positive notes here."
