"I found ACMElectronics via a Bing search. They had a fabulous price on Yamaha HS50M monitors with reasonable shipping costs. I was a bit worried when they were not rated anywhere. However, the website listed an address and phone number, and they have been a member of the BBB for quite a while, so I took a chance.

Communication was good, with email confirmations as expected. There was a problem with manufacturer which delayed my shipment a bit, but customer service called me and let me know the deal. They provided tracking information and generally kept me informed and asked me if everything was okay with my purchase.

With their prices, reasonable shipping and communication, I am looking forward to purchasing again. Thumbs up, a good alternative to some of the bigger sellers in town and online."
